VACATION STUDY APPLICATION
INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Print out and complete the Vacation Study Application
Form.
2.
$500 is due with the application. This payment includes registration fee, SEVIS fee and tuition deposit. For payment
instructions and list of all documentation to be submitted,
print out and complete the Vacation Study
Registration Checklist .
3.
Please apply at least six weeks prior to the date you wish to start. Email, fax or mail
by postal service all documents and payment. (If documents are emailed or faxed, please bring the original certified bank letter to GGLS on the first day of class.)

help us process your application quickly, please check and include the items on the
following checklist.
Payment
due in U.S. dollars. Please indicate the payment method. This is not
a secure site. Do not e-mail!
Check enclosed (payable to Golden Gate Language Schools.)
Wire Transfer (email the Registrar for wire transfer information)
EMAIL, FAX OR SEND BY POSTAL SERVICE ALL DOCUMENTS AND PAYMENT. (IF DOCUMENTS ARE EMAILED OR FAXED, PLEASE BRING THE ORIGINAL CERTIFIED BANK LETTER TO GGLS ON THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS.)
